We used Chef Matthew for my bachelor party and he was phenomenal. His Mexican food was so fire, especially his elote street corn cups that we did for appetizers. His carne asada and al pastor tacos were also super good which had some avocado pico and habanero pineapple pico that really made them perfect. The tres leches cake cups were also great. He was super cool and chatted with us while he cooked and over all was just an awesome experience that only cost $700 for 11 hungry guys.

Chef Matthew and his lovely wife Jenna cooked dinner for us for a girl’s weekend. The food was absolutely delicious, and Matt and Jenna were truly lovely. The timing of the meal was impeccable. The menu had blackberry and mozzarella skewers, spicy shrimp skewers, and phyllo dough jalapeño purses. The mains were parmesan crusted chicken, short ribs, green beans, and potatoes. The warm brownies for dessert were a perfect end to a delicious and fun meal. Exceptional value for money. Could not recommend more.

Mathew is 5 ⭐️ hands down! To start, the menu options are amazing and such great option to choose from! He makes locking in the event so easy, the food he makes is AMAZING and he is so easy to conversate with. My 4 year old loved watching, asking all the questions and Mathew was so nice answering everything and keeping him in the loop. The avocado crab cups, hot honey chicken skewers, pan seared fish and za’atar chicken were out of this world along with the vegetable medley and beer cheddar scalloped potatoes. My 4 year old gave the longest mmmmmms, he loved it all too! You can’t find better than what Mathew delivers. We will most definitely be calling him every year we come back!

We had the most incredible experience with our chef! He drove up from Denver to Beaver Creek to cook for our group of five couples and 12 kids under 10, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park.

He prepared an amazing hibachi-inspired dinner along with delicious appetizers, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The kids loved the train whistle to call everyone over when dinner was ready.

Not only was the food fantastic, but he left our kitchen cleaner than when he arrived, which every host can appreciate. Professional, fun, and incredibly talented…we’d hire him again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We had a party of 22 in Beaver Creek. 12 of those were kids. Matthew was great to communicate with. He arrived with all the supplies to prep and cook for 22 of us. The hibachi was so good with incredible appetizers. There was PLENTY of food for all of us and all of us (kiddos included) inhaled it!
